1. Summary

yigcore.com uses strictly necessary cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies, social-network cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any analytics product that requires consent under CNIL Délibération n° 2020-091.

Because the cookies in use are strictly necessary for the service you request, no consent banner is required. We still display a brief one-line notice the first time you visit, so you know what is set and why. You can dismiss it; it does not block any feature.

3. Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured by the provider to operate without cookies and without storing your IP address in an identifiable form. Per current CNIL guidance, an analytics product that uses no identifier and no cross-site tracking is exempt from the consent requirement provided certain conditions are met (purpose limited to audience measurement; no cross-site tracking; no retention of full IP). We rely on Cloudflare's published configuration to satisfy these conditions. If you require the current evidence, write to [email protected].

4. What we do not use

  • No advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or conversion tracking;
  • No social-network embeds with tracking (Facebook Pixel, X Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, etc.);
  • No fingerprinting based on canvas, WebGL, fonts, or device characteristics;
  • No third-party analytics that set cookies (Google Analytics, Segment, Hotjar, etc.);
  • No third-party heat-mapping or session-replay tools.

5. How to disable cookies and clear storage

You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time from your browser's privacy settings. Doing so will reset your vote records, log you out of the status portal, and re-show first-visit notices. None of the Site's marketing content requires cookies to function.

6. Changes

If we ever introduce a cookie or tracker that requires consent, we will deploy a full consent management banner with a Reject option as prominent as Accept, in line with CNIL Délibération n° 2020-091 and the GDPR. We will not place any non-essential identifier on your device until you have given explicit consent.
