yigcore.com is the marketing site and registration flow for the Yigcore Excel Add-in public beta. An EU legal entity is being registered to operate the commercial service; its company name, registration number, and registered address will be published in section 1 on registration. Until then the publisher operates under the trading name below, and these disclosures are accurate for the current beta phase.
1. Publisher of the site (Éditeur)
Yigcore.com (the "Site") is published by an individual founder operating under the name Yig.

- Status: An EU legal entity is being registered to operate the Yigcore commercial service. Pending registration, the founder is the natural person responsible for the content of this Site under LCEN Art. 6-III-1. The company name, registration number, and registered office will be added here once registration completes.
- Postal address: A registered office address will be published here on incorporation. In the meantime, a postal address is provided on written request to the contact email above when required for a specific legal purpose.
- Company registration number: To be published on registration of the EU entity.
- VAT (TVA Intracommunautaire): The Excel add-in is provided free of charge during the public beta, so there is no sale and no VAT applies. The seller is not currently VAT-registered and applies the small-business exemption. A VAT number will be published here if and when the seller becomes VAT-registered and begins paid sales.

4. Intellectual property
All content of the Site — including text, graphics, marks, and code — is the property of Yig or its licensors except where otherwise attributed. The Yig software products (Yig Thinker, Yig Enterprise, Yig Finance) are proprietary software, see /license. The visual style is inspired by Windows 98 (© Microsoft); Yig is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.

6. AI transparency

7. Applicable law & dispute resolution
The Site is operated by a natural person. Use of the Site is governed by the terms in /terms. For French residents and consumers, applicable mandatory rules of French law (notably the French Consumer Code) remain applicable regardless of the terms.
